Fastemp has added a new Z. Bavelloni V/4 edging line, complete with a transfer table. Now, the glass is fed into one edger, where it is ground or polished, and then hits the transfer table, where it is rotated and fed through another edger to finish the other two sides.

Previously, the glass was edged on two sides, stacked, and then taken back to the edger, where the other two sides were manually loaded.




Fastemp has also added a new 5-axis CNC – the Tecnometal JR 1.40 from CMS North America. The JR allows us to grind and polish shaped parts, route and cut interior holes and to mark hole locations for the drill to insure accuracy.
